There was a direct collision between a truck and the Scorpio of JDU MLA at around 1.30 am on Sunday night near Musrigharari Chowk on NH 28 in Samastipur. In this, MLA Aman Hazari along with driver Roshan Kumar, his two security guards Pinky Kumar, Mukesh Kumar and his personal secretary were seriously injured. With the help of local people, he was admitted to a private hospital in Musrigharari at night. From here he was referred to Patna in critical condition. The MLA was returning back to Patna after attending a wedding ceremony in the area. On the other hand, the truck driver of this incident absconded with the track. In this case, an FIR was registered by the police against an unknown truck.
MLA’s car overturned on the road
It is reported that JDU MLA from Kusheshwar Sthan assembly constituency of Darbhanga district, Aman Hazari, was returning back to Patna in his Scorpio after attending a wedding ceremony in the area at around 1.30 am. Meanwhile, while crossing the road at Musrigharari Chowk, a 10 wheeler truck coming from Dalsinghsarai hit the MLA’s Scorpio directly. Due to this the MLA’s car overturned on the road.
Patrolling police admitted to private hospital
There was panic in the area after the incident. There was a crowd of people nearby. Here, as soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and started investigating. The police took out the MLA and the security guard trapped in the Scorpio and admitted them to a private hospital. After first aid, all the people were referred to Patna for better treatment in the night itself. Musrigharari police station chief Faizul Ansari said that by the time the police got information about the accident, the track driver fled from the spot with the truck. The MLA and other injured are undergoing treatment.
